We will complete the project effectively, cost-efficiently and at a fixed price. We assume responsibility for the progress of the entire building process from design to sign-off.

1. WE HELP WITH CHOOSING THE LOT

We help clients already in the early phases of the construction project to choose the best possible lot for each service facility.

2. WE IDENTIFY THE BEST SOLUTIONS FOR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

We identify the special requirements and wishes with customers for both indoor and outdoor facilities. Together, we will find the best solutions to meet the needs of the future

3. WE PREPARE A TAILORED QUOTE

The quote contains an optional 3D-draft of the site, the scope of delivery and technical descriptions.

4. WE SIGN AN AGREEMENT

We sign an agreement with the customer on building the site. One agreement with a fixed price and sign-off of the site on schedule. Lapti assumes overall responsibility for the project.

5. WE BUILD THE FACILITY

Construction begins and proceeds according to the agreed schedule. We keep the client up to date during construction and communicate on progress in the project.

6. WE DELIVER EVERYTHING ON THE AGREED DATE

The facility is inspected and approved by agreement partners and delivered to the customer on the agreed date, ready for use and fully cleaned. Outdoor areas are also finished including landscaping, equipment and furnishings.

7. WE ARE RESPONSIBLE

Potential repairs will be completed professionally during the warranty period in accordance with the agreement.
